Here is the Final Leader board
- Open the Excel spreadsheet you have been sent.
- Find the athletes name.
- Input the total reps completed for the workout.
HOW ARE THE WORKOUT SCORED
- Scoring is based on total reps completed
15 wall balls and 30 double unders = 1 complete round or 45 reps
Masters (10 wall balls and 20 double unders = 1 complete round or 30 reps)
John Doe Scores: 4 complete rounds and 15 Wall balls = 195 reps
The score submitted on the spreadsheet for WOD 1 would be = 195 reps

SUBMITTING SCORES TO BE UPDATED ON THE LEADERBOARD
For a score to be registered or updated onto the Leaderboard follow the instructions below:
- Attach the updated Excel Spreadsheet to an email
- Send the email attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org
We will then register or update the scores you have sent us to the Leaderboard.
You do not need to wait until an athlete has complete all 3 workouts to get them registered or updated onto the Leaderboard.
You can send the updated spreadsheet at anytime.
If an athlete repeats a workout and achieves a better score, simply update the spreadsheet and send it to us and we will update the Leaderboard to reflect the new score..
If you have any additional people register from your affiliate for the online qualifier after the spreadsheet has been sent, please do not add them to the spreadsheet, we will do this.
Alternatively If you notice anyone missing from the spreadsheet that has signed up please email us ASAP.
Registration will close on Sunday 28th April 5pm. It is the athlete’s responsibility to complete and submit the workout before this deadline. We will not be accepting submissions after this date.
FINAL SCORES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY
SUNDAY 28th APRIL 5.00pm
